Boil together 1 cup sugar and 1 cup Karo syrup
Remove from heat and add 1 cup peanut butter and 1 tsp vanilla, stir until smooth.
Pour over 5 1/2 cups Rice Krispies.
Stir until well coated. Pat into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
Melt 1 cup butterscotch chips and 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips.
Spread over the top of the rice krispies.
